Important rental information
Regular Tent with Draping The base rental includes the tent structure with full interior ceiling draping. Included with the selected tent size: • Chandeliers required for the selected tent size • One back panel, if needed • Two sidewalls, if needed Additional Add-Ons: Additional sidewalls, front/back panels, chandeliers, and other available accessories may be selected separately based on your event setup. Additional wall coverage may be added for partial or full enclosure. Setup Requirements: • At least 2 ft of clearance is required on each side of the tent. • The setup area must be clean and free of wet spots, mud, pet waste, and any debris before our team arrives. • Tents installed on concrete will be anchored with water barrels. • The client must provide a water source within 50 ft of the setup area when water barrels are required. • Tents installed on grass will be anchored with large tent stakes. • Please contact us before installation. • All sprinklers and underground utilities must be clearly marked before our team arrives. Additional enclosure, draping, lighting, and accessories beyond what is included with the selected tent size are priced separately
